✔matchaB 5g
✔2 eggs
✔Milk 200mL
✔Fresh cream 20mL
[How to make]
① Prepare two pieces of Matcha French Toasts and stack them on top of each other. → French toasts' recipe
②Press the surface a little to make a depression
③ Pour the matcha and fresh cream mixture into the hollow.
④ Sprinkle matcha on top to finish.

✔Using plenty of matcha in the finish enhances the aroma and feel of matcha. Matcha added to milk or cream has a hard time retaining its flavor, but when used as a finishing touch, it has a great presence!
