Here is a matcha trip's recommended matcha recipes.
Today's theme is matcha tea espresso (Ousu-cha).

Ousu-cha is the most famous way to use matcha.
It's similar to espresso in coffee, and you can enjoy the rich taste of matcha.
For Ousu-cha, we reccomend Suirei or Souten which has a rich umami and great smell.
Let's make delicious Ousu-cha!
【Ingredients for a cup of Ousu-cha】
✔Suirei or Souten 2g
✔hot water 60mL
【How to cook】
①Sieve 2g of Suirei or Souten.
②Add 15mL of hot water to ① and mix so that there are no lumps.
③Add 45mL of hot water to ② and mix well.
【One more trick】
✔You must use Chasen (bamboo tea whisk).
✔Use high quality matcha suitable for Ousu-cha
✔At the beginning of ③, mix like drawing "1". When bubbles form to some extent, float the tea whisk a little and gently mix so that the bubbles on the surface become fine. At the end, move the tea whisk as if drawing "の", pull up from the central part.
