Rose-hips includes so rich in vitamin C that they are called "vitamin C bombs," and the amount is about 20 times that of lemons.
Vitamin C is sensitive to heat, but the vitamin C contained in rose-hips is protected by vitamin P, so it does not break down even when heated.
It combines hibiscus with plenty of citric acid and Japanese black tea, so it's recommended when you're tired.
