Japanese black tea is very soft taste.
We have 3 type of black tea. You can choose combination what you want.
For example, Sango×3, Sango×1 Nadeshiko×2....
Please tell me the combination.
【Sango】
It goes perfectly with sweets!
This Japanese black tea is recommended for pairing with a wide variety of sweets such as cheesecake, chocolate, and cookies. It moderately neutralizes the richness of sweets and leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
"Sango" is the second flush of ”Benifuuki”, the variety most commonly used for black tea in Japan. Second flush, picked in summer, has a strong, deep flavor that goes well with sweets. By combining multiple roasting methods, including (far) infrared rays that heat from the inside, and direct fire that fires from the outside, we have created the most aromatic flavor.

Water amount 300cc
Time 3 minutes
Please enjoy 2nd and 3rd roasting.
【Nadeshiko】
"Nadeshiko" uses "Asatsuyu", a sencha variety that is rarely used for black tea.
Asatsuyu, which is said to be natural Gyokuro, originally has a low catechin content, giving it a mellow and sweet taste.
Although it has a milder aroma compared to the Indian variety of black tea made in Assam, it can be said to be familiar to Japanese people.
It has a refreshing taste that stands out on its own.

【Karin】
A Japanese black tea that can be enjoyed refreshingly with cold brew.
The recommended brewing method is to put the tea leaves in a pot of water and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. By the time you wake up in the morning, your cold brew tea will be ready to drink. With this method, almost no tannins, which are astringent ingredients, are extracted, resulting in a mellow finish that is gentle on the body. Enjoy the rich aroma of dark beer.
"Karin" is the first flush of Japan's representative black tea variety "Benifuki".
Enjoy the gorgeous aroma and gentle taste typical of the first flush of spring picking.
